'Ello, lads! We are back in Nicosia: the city of Africans, Nepalese, Indians, and Filipinos!

TUESDAY, October 23rd: Wow, it feels like so long ago. We had a crazy transfer day, and long story short, Elder H. and I got back into the apartment around 11:30pm and got to bed around 12:30 at night. The new apartment is named the "Taj Mahal" and is the nicest apartment in the mission, by far. The Flemings deserve a huge shout out for all of the work that they put in to making it as amazing as it is.

WEDNESDAY, October 24th: We did finding and decided to go and try to find an internet cafe. Elder H. was just finishing locking up the bikes when I stopped a young guy walking past to ask him where we are and if there is an internet cafe anywhere nearby. Turns out, this guy is from Greece, and we spoke for about 30 minutes, while walking to a cafe to get a drink. We ended up telling him about the Book of Mormon and where it comes from and all that. He was pretty mint, and his Greek was μια χαρα!!!! We got some really good finding in and met a lot of people. The excuse of "hey, we don't know where we are" seems to be a good opener, lol.

THURSDAY, October 25th: We went back to my home town of LIMASSOL, BOOOOYS!!!! We had Zone Training there, and my boys, Elders R. and F. SMASHED IT!!!!! It was such a good training meeting and great to feel back at home, haha.

I was carrying a big Greek dictionary back to Nicosia, so I decided to use it as a finding tool, hehe. It led to me and Elder H. speaking to these two girls from Cyprus for 20 minutes at the bus stop (one spoke perfect English cause her mom is British), and then the entire bus ride from Limassol to Nicosia, we spoke about the gospel and about belief in God. It was a really unique experience. I know what you are all thinking! No, it was not apostate, and Elder H. smashed it!!!!! And, Elder Müller tried to smash it but probably didn't smash it as hard, haha.

FRIDAY, October 26th: We had weekly planning, which was even longer because we are whitewashing, and studies for the first part of the day and afternoon. I managed to make an English class flyer on these computers, which in fact is a modern-day miracle in and of itself. We had a great lesson with our friends D., O., and F. It was a hand-off lesson from the other elders. We ended up teaching the Restoration again because they had a friend there, P., who wants a Book of Mormon in French. Our recent convert here, R., is friends with all of them and is absolutely amazing!!! With four elders, it could have been chaos teaching, but it went sooo well, and we were all bouncing off of each other. Elder H. shut up P.'s little bit of Bible-bashing with a solid deliverance of testimony!

SATURDAY, October 27th: We just had studies and went to Larnaca. I practiced my musical number with Sister G., and we had the adult session of district conference. It went really well, and the talks were great! We slept overnight in Larnaca with 6 elders in one apartment.....but I got one of the good beds, HAHAHAHAHA.

SUNDAY, October 28th: We had interviews with President Anderson in the morning and then District Conference. I helped Elders G. and A. at the translation bench (aka the back row) and even got to translate R.'s testimony. The only problem wasn't my Greek, it was that we couldn't hear what he was saying all the way in the back row. So, I gave it my best shot, and when I asked Elder H. what he said, after the meeting was over, I GOT IT RIGHT, BOYS!!!!!!! It was funny to see everyone's head's turn around when I started the translation because they had never heard my voice in the headsets before, hahaha. I died. The conference was really good.

MONDAY, October 29th: We got our hair cut, and I got a new shoelace, FINALLY!!! It has been super frayed and finally broke on Sunday morning as I was tying my shoes. #missionaryproblems We have a lesson tonight with D., O., and F.

LOVE YOU ALL!!!!!!
