Hey,
guys! It's been another week in my favorite city. I hope you all are doing
well.
TUESDAY, September 25th: We had a good
district meeting from Elders N. and F. about cheerfulness in the work. They did
really well, and I ate way too much breakfast with the Risers. We had dinner
with N. and the sister missionary who found him and her fiancé. They were
visiting for holiday. It was the most awkward dinner of my entire life. I
forgot how normal people who aren't missionaries and are foreigners get pretty
weirded out by Cypriot mentality and customs, lol. BTW, the sister's fiancé
looks and sounds and acts EXACTLY like Rory from Doctor Who. He is bare cheeky, lads.

WEDNESDAY, September 26th: We met with
T. and were with him for quite a while. He was fired from his work and is
struggling to find a new job. We saw A. and A. at his shop. A. still wants me
to marry her 18-year-old daughter in Russia. So, if all else fails, guys, I can
always go to Russia, haha. We saw Cypriot dad and Cypriot brother at Cypriot brother's
cafe. They were hosting a street party that night with free beer and the lot. It
looked awesome! [Editor's note: Of course, Elder Muller did not imbibe of any of the alcoholic refreshments!]
THURSDAY, September 27th: We saw H.
and her family on the boardwalk in the morning. It was a pretty boring and hot
and humid day. We dropped my bike off for repairs as well.
FRIDAY, September 28th: We saw J. with
the Risers in the morning and met with T. for a long time again. We talked
about the Plan of Salvation. This guy is such a legend, guys. We both received packages from home. The Grovers brought them from Larnaca. And we got my bike from the bike shop. Elder VE. gave
Cypriot mom sugar waffles, and she was extremely happy. They are her favorites.
We did a very successful whiteboard at the beach, and that was it.
SATURDAY, September 29th: We did
service quickly at the charity shop and then cleaned the church building and
had coordination meeting with the Risers. We went with them and dropped off
cookies for a member's birthday. Elder VE. made us, once again, a great lunch,
and we met our Chinese member and her son down at the beach to attend a Chinese
festival with them. We watched her son for the most part, lol.

SUNDAY, September 30th: There were small
numbers in church today, but we had a great Book of Mormon proselyting activity at the boardwalk. We smashed the contact
numbers we had set by almost double the amount.
MONDAY, October 1st: It was Cyprus Independence Day from the British. We did service at a member's home in the
mountains and got flaked on yet again by a guy. We attended our pastor friend's
wedding. It was a beautiful venue. We had a run in with a long-time friend of
the missionaries who is struggling. We spoke to him for an hour. He needed it.

TUESDAY, October 2nd: We spent
P-day moving a part-member family to the mountains. We had our preparation day today because of the national holiday on Monday.
Thanks, guys.
Love you all,
