Exchanges

Hey, guys!

TUESDAY, April 9th: We had district council, and it went very well. I had an exchange with Elder N., and we saw S. He is doing a little better now. We saw S. and G. with the sisters because they have their new baby! Their family is adorable and so open to the gospel. We gave a blessing to a less-active member and didn't have oil with us, so we had to pour it out of a massive vodka bottle that is full of olive oil in the lady's kitchen. It was the most interesting thing, haha. We saw another less-active member and saw his new record player. He loves us, haha.

WEDNESDAY, April 10th: We had studies and then switched back with the other elders. We then started another exchange with Elders Z. and B. As we were leaving on the metro, I got pick-pocketed, and my new phone was taken. We tried to stop the guy who we thought took it and were able to, but he didn't have the phone...We had a lesson with S. and with K. again, and they are good. We also saw VE. in the metro station!!! We also got transfer calls, and I am going to Piraeus with Elder F., and Elder C. will stay in Kato Patisia with a new missionary.

THURSDAY, April 11th: We taught at the Friendship Center and then switched back to our normal companions. I had to buy another phone, and we had weekly planning. It was a very slow day.

FRIDAY, April 12th: We had service at the soup kitchen and had a visit with K. We met with A. and had our first lesson after her baptism, and it was amazing! She has already been changed by the Holy Ghost

SATURDAY, April 13th: We had an exchange with the Zone Leaders, and I was with Elder F. We got to go to a Greek member's house and have lunch with him and his friend (also a member). They are the translators for the church, so it's pretty intimidating to speak Greek with them. We had a lesson with a less-active member, which went amazing, and he came to Family Home Evening that night. We ate Indian gyros with VE. and some other missionaries. We then went to find another less-active members. My phone got locked once I downloaded the app from the church to lock the phone and stop stuff from going on the phone...

SUNDAY, April 14th: We watched General Conference and ate food in between sessions with everybody.

MONDAY,  April 15th: We chilled at church and played ping pong.

Sisters S. and S. (the sisters from my group) are leaving tomorrow and it is a very weird feeling. The end is near.
